HISTORIC KISMET COTTAGE

It's all in her name:  Kismet Cottage.  The origins of this fertile and richly endowed tract of land dates back to an original King James I land grant. The cottage's original 1860 hand-hewn foundations of oak still exist and it's roots of housing seasonal sharecroppers is deeply embedded, although in steadfast ownership for the past decades. Kismet is fate and love at her purest.

Spring Hill Estate is graced with the blessings of the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, purest organic acres and true to her name, abundant artesian springs. The seasons mild and the maintenance in synch with Mother Nature, also cared for with love.
